Privacy notice
Your profile is for this event.
This notice explains how Pitch Them Perfect uses the information you submit for Blind Date Doubles at The Apex Games on 14 November 2026.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, age confirmation, gender, fitness and matching answers, relevant injury information, profile photo, acceptance of the entry terms, and booking status. Ziina handles your payment. We keep the payment reference and order record needed to manage your entry.
How we use it
We use your information to process your booking, manage event capacity, contact you about event details, make your match, support participant safety, and handle entry questions or disputes. Only the organizers and people who need the information to operate the event should access it.
How long we keep it
The 90-day retention period for matching answers, injury information, and your profile photo ends on 12 February 2027. These items are scheduled for deletion at the end of that period through an operator-run cleanup. Your name, email, WhatsApp number, gender, and order record are retained for participant support and accounting. Payment records may also be retained where needed for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Event photography
Photos and video may be taken at the event and used for event coverage and future marketing. Message @pitchthemperfect before the event if you want to opt out, and remind the event team when you arrive.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion where possible, withdraw from matching, or raise a privacy concern, message @pitchthemperfect. A deletion request may mean we cannot keep your registration active.
